Trotz der Nähe zu Uddevalla - am Horizont kann man die Autobahnbrücke der E6 gerade noch erkennen - ist die Umgebung erfreulich ländlich und naturnah. Das ist in dieser von Urlaubern stark frequentierten Gegend nicht selbstverständlich.

Despite the closeness to the next city - in the background, the motorway bridge near Uddevalla is just visible - our location is rather rural. This comes as a pleasant surprise since this part of the country is one of the main holiday areas of Sweden.
